DRD Holdings, LLC (“DRD”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and its website presently located at www.pathwaytostay.com (“Website”), offer do-it-yourself U.S. immigration products that are designed to provide customers with general information pertaining to specific U.S. immigration forms, applications and procedures.
DRD is committed to protecting your privacy and has created this Privacy Policy to explain the type of information gathered from a user’s (a “User,””you” or “your”) visit to and use of its Website, or websites which post this Privacy Policy, including http://www.pathwaytostay.com, Pathwaytostay’s iOS, Android, and other mobile applications (“Apps”), and other related services (collectively, the “Services”). By submitting personal information through the Services, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal information in the U.S. in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The use of personal information collected through our service shall be limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Non-Personal Information

Personal information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. DRD uses your personal information in the following ways: to create and maintain your account; to identify you as a user in our system; to operate, maintain, and improve our Website, Apps, and Services; to personalize and improve your experience; to send you administrative e-mail; to respond to your comments or inquiries; to send you surveys, promotional communications about our products and services with your permission; to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; and to make telephone calls to you, from time to time, as a part of secondary fraud protection or to solicit your feedback with your permission.
Free “On-Ramp” Questionnaire
Information you provide during the Free On-Ramp Questionnaire will not be stored anywhere or distributed to any third party. It will only be used to determine whether or not you meet the requirements set forth by the USCIS to apply for the intended application.
Opt-Out
If you do not wish to receive mailings regarding new offers, products or services offered by DRD, our partners or our affiliates, you may opt out by emailing a request to Customer Service at any time at cs@pathwaytostay.com

When identifying methods of improving our products or services, or if we think a product or service may be of interest to you, we may extend select special offers of goods or services to you. DRD is deeply committed to a User’s right to privacy. DRD may disclose information about you if it believes such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process; or (b) protect or defend the rights, safety, or property of DRD users of the Services, or any person including to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of use, or (c) in an emergency to protect the personal safety of any person (collectively, “a”, “b” and “c”, Enforcement Purposes”).

Minors
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18 years of age in order to use the Website and/or its products and/or services. The Website is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. DRD does not knowingly solicit personal information from such persons or send them requests for non-public personal information. If you are under the age of 18, you must not sending us any personal information or use our products or services.

You may change some of your personal information in your account by editing your profile within the Service. The information is decrypted, or put back into a readable format, when it reaches its intended destination. Depending on which browser you use, you will know you are in secured area by “https” or a lock appearing in the lower right hand corner of your browser window. When you visit the Website, you may move in and out of secured areas. Anytime that you are on a page ordering products or services, or viewing your personal credit report, you will be in a secured area. Notwithstanding the forgoing, we will have no liability to a User or to any third party arising out of any loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration of a User’s information.
User’s Acceptance & Notification of Changes
By using the Website, the User signifies his or her acceptance of all terms set forth in DRD’s Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree to accept all or any portion of such terms, then the User is respectfully asked not to use the Website. If at any point DRD decides to use PII in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, DRD will notify the Users by way of email.
